WOMEN'S ORAL HEALTH SURVEY

Your mouth changes with every season of your life. Nobody's asking about it. I am.

Periods, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause. Our hormones shift, and our gums, teeth and mouths shift with them. Yet most of us are doing all that we know and given the same advice we got as kids.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

You've noticed. You just weren't sure it was a thing.

  • Gums that bleed out of nowhere

  • Sensitivity you never used to have

  • Brushing that suddenly makes you gag

  • A mouth that just feels different, and no one connecting it to the rest of you

It's not in your head. It's in your mouth. And it deserves real answers.

WHY I'M ASKING

I'm Rua: Entrepreneur, a mother of three with a background in preventative dentistry, integrative nutrition and wellness.

I've spent my career where the mouth and the whole body meet, and I keep seeing the same gap: women's oral health treated as one-size-fits-all, when our bodies are anything but.

I’m building resources and tools in oral wellness for women, and I want them shaped by real experiences, not assumptions. Tell me what you’ve noticed, what you’ve wondered, and what no one ever told you

SEVEN MINUTES. HERE'S WHAT YOU GET BACK.

  1. My free guide to how your mouth changes through every stage of life

  2. The findings, so you can see what other women report and know you're not alone

  3. A real say in what shapes our health & wellbeing

The survey is fully anonymous. If you'd like the guide or results, you can leave your email afterward on a separate form, so it's never linked to your answers.

Tell me what no one ever asked you.

This survey is for research and education, not medical advice. Questions about your oral health? Talk to your hygienist or dentist.
